Zero heat. Zero chemicals. 100% pure extraction.
"Kachi Ghani" literally translates to "cold press." It refers to the traditional Indian method of extracting oil using a wooden pestle and mortar (kolhu), where the seeds are crushed at very slow speeds.
This slow process ensures that no frictional heat is generated. High heat (used in modern expellers and refineries) destroys the oil's natural properties, flavor, and nutrients.
Raw black mustard seeds are meticulously cleaned using mechanical sieves to remove dust, stones, and plant debris.
Seeds are slowly crushed in traditional wooden presses without applying any external heat, extracting the pure oil naturally.
The oil is passed through cotton cloth filters and allowed to settle in tanks. We do not use any chemical bleaching or deodorizing processes.
Every batch is tested in our in-house facility for purity, free fatty acids, moisture, and iodine value to ensure FSSAI compliance.
The oil is packed in food-grade, tamper-proof containers to seal in the freshness and aroma.
